Facebook Monkey Prank
I saw a Facebook user have his account hijacked recently, and used to spam a lot of contacts with wall messages pointing his mates to sites (DON'T VISIT THESE SITES) like -
- sobgroan.com
- scrambleweep.com
- whipchime.com
- floatfaint.com
- slideleap.com
- votebeep.com
- singhoot.com
- roargroan.com
- clapspray.com
- wavehum.com
- gigglesail.com
- thumpwish.com
- spoilroll.com
- spoilhike.com
- ridepush.com
- swinghiss.com
everyone's doing it
disturbingly, most of the people i know who done one have ended up looking mostly like this anyway

i'm so generic ... ben has one too, he says it doesn't let him save either. perhaps it's a clever attempt to keep the meme in the hands of those technically talented enough to take a screen grab?
portapak.net launches, news at eleven
portapak.net, a new online resource for furby hackers and featuring up to the minute interviews of Vlad the Impala's ghost plus online sales of spiky things used to keep prisoners from getting back down off their spikes and the hell out of Transylwania, is now online. highly recommended viewing, hell if you're here and looking at all this trash, you could hardly do worse, right?
welcome to the intarweb, ben! and good work eschewing those nasty big dumb sites in favour of adding your own special sauce to this giant curry that is the pogosfear!
nz art and our expansionism in the pacific
screen grab of google analytics per-country view showing viewers from within NZ the week before a New Zealand contemporary art website goes live
... but what the hell is going on a few thousand kilometres to the west? great news for artists from aotearoa, "could be worse" for tasmania i guess, potentially a tourism winner for finders island (which i never new existed until now), bit of a shame for the aussie mainland though ...
