little mouse was upstairs
they both got caught last night (oooh, stereo!), little mouse is very small and was silly enough to check out a second trap after escaping the first (because it was 1am and i was fool enough to try and relocate her from the perfectly good wire cage into a jar, and she bounced straight out)

ramona, we just picked up littlemouse’s sister and you can collect her whenever you like.
we’ve seen that trick before. let me guess, bubbles acted all stiff and inert, got you to trick him into chucking him in a rubbish bin, right? FOOLISH HUMANS! that’s a bog-standard mouse escape vector. he would have chowed back on some emergency hemlock supplies, swallowed his tongue or something equally yogic (they are trained by mossad these mice) and then faked a short ‘death’ in order to escape the glass jar.
